Kære Familie,

Sounds like you guys had a good week!  My week, well it was pretty good, but Saturday morning made it FANTASTIC!!!!!!  First I have to explain, Daniel and Melanie's baptism got pushed back to the 3rd.  The Bishop felt like it was too fast and that they should take it a little slower with the lessons so they understood them.  But Flemming in Slagelse AND his wife Karla got baptized on Saturday!!!!  It was so amazing!!!  I don't know how to best describe it with words except for the scripture in D&C 18 about the joy of bringing souls to Christ!!!!  It just rocked!!!  Apparently, Karla wasn't going to get baptized yet, but at Flemming's interview she decided that now WAS the right time to do it.  So awesome.  Unfortunately, I don't have my camera with me with pictures, so I'll send them at a different time.

On Wednesday evening, we went out on splits with the Bishopric.  I got to go with the Bishop, who I think is one of the coolest members in Denmark!!!!  He talked to me a lot about why I came out and asked if I felt like a failure for not having tons of baptisms.  I said not at all, because I've learned to measure sucess by other ways.  He said then basically the same thing that you have been saying for the past year.  He said that he knew what I was doing was right and that I was the one learning lessons that would prepare me to be a father.  It was just really powerful.  Thank goodness, the Holy Ghost keeps confirming things to us and doesn't get tired of saying yes this is true.  We also stopped by an older lady in the ward to give her a blessing, and when we knocked on the door you should've seen her face.  She was so happy to see her bishop there.

We had our first apartment blow up yesterday.  Wright gets really impatient when Tolman eats his food that Tolman hasn't paid for and Tolman hasn't bought groceries except for one time and Wright doesn't eat them.  Anyway, they both flip out at each other cause Wright keeps yelling at Tolman to stop eating his food and then stole 20 kroner (not a good idea in my opinion) to pay for all the food Tolman has eaten.  Well, Tolman flips out about that and they both argue for a little while but they made up last night.  Just in time for Tolman to leave.  Kinda funny just to watch.

Had to give my first talk in Sacrament meeting in Ballerup since I've been here.  It went really well.  The bishop really liked it too.  Gave me hug afterwards and said it was fantastic.  I talked about missionary work and how great it feels to help people come to Christ and basically said, I don't have to have this feeling by myself, you all can feel it too.  I hope they get motivated to do something, we'll see.

Anyways, that was my week.  Hope you guys have a great one.  Love and miss ya tons!!!!
